The Rosca, shaped like a crown, symbolizes the gifts of the Three Wise Men. Topped with colorful fruits representing jewels, each slice is a sweet reminder of the season’s joy. But here’s the twist: hidden inside is a small figurine of Baby Jesus.

If you’re lucky enough to find the figurine, tradition says you’ll host a gathering on Día de la Candelaria (February 2). And what’s on the menu for this day? Tamales and Atole! It’s a fun way to keep the festivities going and share a meal with loved ones.
